We are not engineers or surveyors and nothing here is structural or professional advice; fee figures are typical 2026 quote ranges that vary by region and property. We are not affiliated with IStructE, ICE, RICS or BRE.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act.
